Dycor Realty began with a simple but powerful idea: that facility owners and care entrepreneurs deserve brokers who truly understand the business from the inside out. Founders Orlando and Ruby Dy aren’t just licensed real estate professionals — they’ve owned and operated licensed RCFEs totaling 65 beds and were early pioneers in Southern California’s care home community.

Orlando Dy

Orlando Dy brings over three decades of hands-on experience in the Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) industry. A Navy veteran with 16 years of service, Orlando has a broad real estate background spanning raw land, investment properties, and construction. Since 1985, he has been a pioneer in RCFE sales and has owned and operated licensed care facilities totaling 65 beds. His firsthand knowledge as both a broker and operator sets him apart, giving buyers and sellers expert guidance grounded in real-world experience.
Ruby Dy
RCFE Specialist & Owner/Operator
Ruby Dy is a former registered nurse who leveraged her medical background to operate licensed Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly (RCFEs) totaling 65 beds. As a pioneer in the RCFE industry alongside Orlando Dy, she helped found the local RCFE association. Ruby’s experience spans both small and large facilities, combining healthcare expertise with strong real estate and mortgage financing skills to confidently guide buyers and sellers through the Southern California care facility market.
Lawrence Dy
Broker Associate & Marketing Strategist
Lawrence Dy combines a background in marketing with deep real estate expertise, having worked extensively with mortgage loans, fix-and-flip projects, renovations, and new construction. He is skilled in analyzing financial opportunities, particularly through his experience with investors and multifamily properties. Lawrence also brings specialized knowledge in RCFE sales, including facility expansion and development, providing buyers and sellers with strategic guidance in Southern California’s care facility market.
